IUB Psychological & Brain Sciences is active in our community

The Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences is renowned for the diverse interests of its faculty, including social relationships, mental disorders, child development, education, the relationship between humans and animals, criminality, and unlocking the mysteries of the human brain.

Members of our department are committed to sharing their knowledge with the wider community. We do this through by welcoming tour groups, offering science education programs for high schoolers, and participating in special programs for organizations like Headstart, Boys and Girls Club, Girl Scouts, Monroe County Community School Corporation, WonderLab Museum of Science, Health, and Technology, and Middle Way House.

We invite you to explore our Outreach pages, which outline our recent and current activities. If you are interested in learning more, please feel free to email us at psych4u@iu.edu or contact our outreach coordinator Mike Jackson at jomijack@indiana.edu
